Only fully ripe grapes are harvested, giving this Grüner Veltliner its maturity and yellow-fruited colour with a hint of quince. Slightly yeasty and smoky, yet spicy and mild at the same time. Low in acidity, creamy and round. Simply complex and dense. Long-lasting with cellaring potential. Grows on metre-high loess terraces with a south-westerly exposure.
