Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop. The version valid at the time of the order applies.

§ 2 Provider

The contracting partner is the provider named in the Imprint.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order via the "order with obligation to pay" button you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the order process.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. We inform you about delivery times and any restrictions during the order process.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for details.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 10 Proof of Age

The sale of alcoholic products is made exclusively to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age. By placing an order you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age.

§ 11 Data Protection

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 12 Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
