Pale gold and with fine perlage, this sparkling wine is made from Frühroter Veltliner, the characteristic grape variety of Lower Austria. On the palate it is fresh and dry, with a subtle spiciness and delicate notes of green apple and white blossoms. This versatile sparkling wine comes from the Wagram DAC, one of Austria's most renowned wine regions, and was vinified with great care by the Preisinger-Reinberger winery. The natural elegance of the loess soil is reflected in the clarity and precision of this sparkling wine. With 12.5% alcohol and moderate acidity, it is excellent as an aperitif or with antipasti, fish dishes and light Asian cuisine – ideal at around 6–8°C. The traditional sparkling-wine cork underlines the high-quality, artisanal character of this vegan-produced 2023 vintage.
